- Your account is strictly for individual use. Sharing your account credentials with peers, friends, or third parties is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your account without a refund.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account security.
3. Subscription and Billing
- Subscriptions are billed in PKR according to the selected duration (e.g., 1, 3, or 5 months) and chosen question bank coverage (e.g., FCPS Part 1, IMM, FCPS Part 2).
- All payments made through direct transfer require manual verification. Account activation will happen once the admin verifies the uploaded receipt.
- Refunds are not provided after the activation of a paid dataset, as our service constitutes access to digital goods.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on MedCharm, including but not limited to questions, explanations, images, software, and text, is the intellectual property of MedCharm. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of our service for commercial or non-commercial use.
5. Referral Program
- Our referral program provides an automatic trial extension for every successful new subscriber referred using your unique link.
- Self-referrals, fake accounts, or fraudulent use of the referral system will result in the suspension of both the referring and referred accounts.
- MedCharm reserves the right to modify or cancel the referral program and its rewards at any time without prior notice.
6. Platform Availability & Disclaimers
While we strive to provide uninterrupted access, MedCharm does not guarantee that the site will be completely error-free or accessible at all times. Planned maintenance or unexpected outages may occur.

7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for behavior that violates these Terms or is harmful to our platform, users, or business interests.
